  Great hotel with nice chambers and great views at the cliffs of Mallorca. Tasty food but the choice could be greater. Cocktails are of good but not superior quality, pity that they pour them out in plastic cups in the evening. Personnel is friendly in general. Would recommend this hotel altogether.

  Excellent hotel highly recommended. Staff friendly and very professional and smart dressed. Food good plenty of choice and hotel is located brilliantly for beach and shops. Will hopefully be back soon 10 out of 10. Stuart Campbell

  I personally think half an hour free WiFi should be enough when you are here for vacation. Otherwise it's possible to buy more. I can't think about anything to complain so 5 stars from my side. In the end of August it's not too crowded and I don't mind to be around some children. The majority of the guest's is also behaving really calm and I'm having a relaxed time!

  I cannot understand why some people are complaining about the variation of food. Despite the breakfast which still is fine for me they are trying to have at least one spacial thing for lunch and dinner. The drinks are plenty in variation and amount. Also for vegetarians there is a good selection of food. There is also a direct connection to the beach if you want to lay next to the pool and then take a swim in the see it's no problem to go up and down.

  The service was great. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Our aircon broke & they got someone up within an hour to fix it. The hotel was a 2 minute walk from the beach and our balcony looked out onto the 2 looks & the sea. Was absolutely beautiful. The location was great as it was close to pubs & shops etc.

  I can highly recommend the America to people who are searching for a relaxing beach vacation. It's family friendly as well as really nice for everyone else. Although the all inclusive it's not a cheap place or made without love. The staff is friendly and always trying it's best and non stop working. It's clean and the views are amazing. The hotel is always offering a huge variation of food within different restaurants and a animation programme for every age.
